Solar panel

Type W — FEATURE 04

Less worry about power —
large-capacity battery
+ solar peace of mind

No need to stay at an RV park every night. The Cresson Journey Type W is designed with power management in mind. Combining driving charge and solar charge, your long Hokkaido drives become natural recharging time.

Power System Overview

Driving Charge System

Power builds automatically as you drive. No worries about running out over multiple nights. In Hokkaido's long-distance travels, every hour on the road is an hour of charging.

Solar Charging

Replenishes steadily while parked. Battery gradually recovers during sightseeing and rest stops. On sunny days, expect 15–30% recharge from daylight alone.

High-Capacity Battery Design

Handles refrigerator, lighting, and phone charging — and is designed to support A/C even at bedtime. Comfortable even without external hookups.

On clear days, solar charging adds approximately 5–8% battery per hour. In ideal conditions, up to 10% recovery can be expected. A design that truly shines in sun-rich Hokkaido.

※Charging capacity and usage time vary by weather, sunlight, driving time, and conditions. For extended use of high-draw appliances like A/C, external power hookup is recommended.

Type X — Rear bed

Type X — FEATURE

Fixed rear bed.
Zero setup.
Sleep the moment you arrive.

Type X's biggest draw is its permanently fixed rear bed. No folding out the sofa, no rearranging the cabin. Every time you return from a day of exploring, you can simply fall onto the bed — and that one change transforms the whole trip.

Fixed rear bed

A fixed sideways bed in the rear — no nightly setup required. Just lie down whenever you're ready.

Luggage and sleep areas naturally separated

Keep your bags in the front dinette and your sleep space stays clear. No "put everything away before bed."

Comfortable for 2–4 guests

Rear bed plus front conversion fits 2–4 guests comfortably. Especially popular with couples and small families.

Safety Rules

5 Rules for Safe Driving

Moving Inn — protecting your family's safety and the quality of your journey

1

No sudden acceleration

A gentle start prevents body sway and instability.

2

No sharp steering

The large body is sensitive to sudden turns — risk of rollover increases sharply.

3

Avoid harsh braking

Protects passengers and cargo from impact, and maintains a safe stopping distance.

4 🅿

Passenger guides when reversing

Cab-conversions have large blind spots — guidance from outside is the safest approach.

5

Keep speed under 80km/h

High speeds make the vehicle vulnerable to crosswinds, and excessive speed can cause serious accidents. A relaxed pace brings out the campervan's natural stability — and lets everyone enjoy the view.

Moving Inn Philosophy

300km a day.
The safety standard.

This is not a restriction — it is a design choice to maximise both safety and satisfaction.
A guideline Moving Inn holds to in order to protect your family's safety and the quality of your journey.

Vast Hokkaido landscape — the foundation of safe travel
REASON 01

For safety

Beyond 300km, accident risk rises sharply. Monotonous scenery, extended driving, and accumulated fatigue combine to spike the risk. Getting your family home safely is the non-negotiable foundation of any trip.

Campsite breakfast — time to savour the journey
REASON 02

For a better trip

Trips within 300km consistently deliver higher satisfaction. More time to savour the scenery, more stops along the way, less tired children, more time after you arrive, richer evenings at camp.

Living travel — campervan with people and dog
REASON 03

For the "living travel" experience

A campervan is about "living travel." Drive too far and that magic fades. You'll have time to watch the sunset, cook with local ingredients, and stop at a hot spring on the way.

"The 300km guideline is a 'safety standard' that protects your trip. Not to limit your freedom, but to elevate the quality of your journey. 300km is the optimal distance."
