Campervan repair costs tend to run much higher than for a standard vehicle. We recommend adding the optional damage waiver, just in case.
Most of our guests choose to enroll.
Damage waiver / NOC pricing varies by vehicle type. Please check the rate for the vehicle you plan to use.
This is the total of the damage waiver (¥3,300/night) plus the NOC (non-operation charge, ¥2,200/night). You only need to enroll for the number of days you're renting.
This flat rate already includes the NOC. You only need to enroll once, regardless of how many nights you stay.
*The amounts above are shown on the options screen during booking. Please confirm the final amount when completing your reservation.
*Prices shown are excluding tax. Consumption tax will be added at final payment.
*The table below uses the Cresson Journey series (Cabcon type) as an example. For the HiAce / Land Cruiser BAMBA / Euro Box series (passenger / van type) as well, enrolling in the damage waiver option above brings your out-of-pocket cost to ¥0 in the same way.

*If you don't enroll, you will be charged the repair cost + NOC + arrangement fee for a replacement vehicle for the next guest.
*If you don't enroll and damage is found on the vehicle at return, you will first pay the amount shown above; any difference will be refunded once repairs are complete.
The optional damage waiver exists so you can enjoy your campervan trip with complete peace of mind. If you choose not to enroll, no refund will be issued. Please contact us at the time of booking with any questions.
