Attached to a day-use hot spring along National Route 243, on the road from Bihoro town toward Bihoro Pass, in a rural landscape. A toilet for overnight guests was completed in July 2024, and the park can also be used in winter under certain conditions. (Summarised from the Japan RV Association page.)
